How are you related to Ayers-Thomas-Hill Family?: First born to "Sargent Major" Milton Ayers

Tell us something about you.: I have been teaching in the field of special education since graduating from Tennessee State University in 1997. In addition to a B.S. in special education I hold an A.A.S., a plus thirty and M.Ed from Trevecca Nazarene University. My Career has been spent working with students in Life Skills, CBIP, Resource and MIP Conduct classrooms at the elementary and middle school level. Facilitator of learning, education based on individual needs with a multicultural perspective. This sums up my educational philosophy. In addition I have three wonderful dogs and two snakes.
